Our family has been shepherding for almost 10 years, with our farm's primary focus being wool sheep. We raise Coopworth sheep, a long wool breed considered a rare breed in the US, whose wool is prized by hand spinners for their long lustrous staple. We show our fleeces at the county, state and national level and market our wool products at regional.

Here is a little preview:

                   Handspun Yarn

Queen Bee's Handspun Yarns are a great treat for any knitter, crocheter and weaver. They are all hand spun by myself and hand dyed. Great to use for a smaller project or to add with other yarn. All yarns are done in small batches and cannot be duplicated, making them one of a kind!

               Queen Bee's Buzz Off Balls

Queen Bee’s Buzz Off Balls safeguard your fibers against unwanted odors and pesky fluttering foes. These mothballs are made from cedar wood, organic lavender, sage or thyme. Hand dyed domestic wool is then felted around the ingredients. To refresh the scent simply rub the balls around in you hand to break up some of the herbs.

               Hand felted wool pendent necklace

This necklace is a great addition to anyone’s fall wardrobe. No two are the same. Makes a great unique gift for any fiber loving friend or a little something special for yourself!

                 Snurtle's

Queen Bee's Snurtles are this fall and winter’s best multi functioning accessory. The name Snurtle comes from mixing a scarf, turtleneck, shawl, hood and collar. They can be worn in so many ways and are great to accessorize any outfit.
